Episode 10: Mission Meraux

Published on 29 July 2025 at 12:46

The heat in Meraux was hotter than crawfish boil gossip on a Saturday. Jean cruised down Judge Perez Drive in her service van, windows down and playlist bumpin’. Riding shotgun was her trusty partner, Tinteaux—the Cajun gator with a sun-fighting streak and a love for Southern charm.

Their mission: transform Bayou Motion Physical Therapy from a sun-drenched fishbowl into a shaded sanctuary of healing.

Inside, therapists were doing their best stretches with patients while beads of sweat played tag down all of their foreheads. Tinteaux squinted toward the glass wall and declared, "Cher, those panes got more glare than a tailgate argument over LSU vs. Bama. Let’s fix it."

With Jean leading the install and Tinteaux assisting (his claws surprisingly precise for a reptile), they applied SunTek Symphony DS15 film across the office's front-facing windows. The neutral tone preserved professionalism, while the technology behind it delivered heat reduction and privacy like a boss.

Tinteaux strutted along the window’s edge, inspecting the work like a swamp foreman on break from crawfish duty.

By sunset, the space had transformed—cooler, calmer, and free from prying eyes.

๐ŸŽ‰ What They Accomplished:

  • โœ… Improved Patient Privacy

  • โœ… Significant Heat Reduction

  • โœ… A Stylish, Professional Look

As the crew packed up, a therapist slipped Tinteaux a frozen shrimp as thanks. "Y’all just turned recovery into comfort, bébé!"

Tinteaux gave a nod only a gator could make. “We tint with pride."
