The day started like any other in New Orleans — hot, humid, and full of panes begging for mercy. But today was no ordinary job. Jean zipped up her uniform, grabbed the tint box, and looked at Tinteaux with a grin. “Ready to cross the big bridge?”
Tinteaux adjusted his shades and nodded, tail flicking with anticipation. “Never been to Mandeville, but I heard their windows are cryin’ for help.”
Together, they rolled into their rig — logo gleaming, tools locked in — and pulled onto the Causeway Bridge. Twenty-four miles of sun-glared concrete stretched before them. As the Crescent City faded behind and the lake shimmered below, Jean turned up the music. “First Northshore mission. Let’s make it count.”
When they pulled into the client's driveway, a two-story home with floor-to-ceiling glass greeted them like a beacon. “We saw y’all online under ‘New Orleans window tinting’ and had to have you,” the homeowner said. “This place turns into a greenhouse by noon.”
“Not for long,” Jean replied, unloading the tint. “We use SunTek films — top-tier for heat rejection and UV defense.”
With precision and rhythm, Jean and Tinteaux transformed every pane. Tinting house windows in Mandeville LA was no small feat, but this duo had it handled. The temperature dropped. The glare vanished. The home smiled.
As they packed up, Tinteaux looked back at the house. “That’s some residential window tinting magic right there.”
Jean wiped her brow and laughed.
As the tint settled and the Mandeville cottage cooled, Jean and Tinteaux stood beneath the oaks, admiring their work. The windows gleamed, the sun was politely shut out, and the homeowner waved from her now-chill living room, already recommending them to her neighbor down the street.
Back in the rig, tail and ponytail swaying in sync, Tinteaux leaned back and sighed. “I gotta say, the Northshore’s got flavor. But its windows need us.”
Jean smirked. “One city at a time. You ready to see how Slidell handles a little NOLA tint?”
Tinteaux twirled a fresh roll of SunTek like a baton. “Let’s roll, boss. The window tinting corridor waits for no pane.”
And with that, Episode 4 came to a close — the Causeway conquered, the tint triumphant, and a new chapter just on the horizon.
