One of the biggest complaints we all have in a city with such outstanding food is pizza. Problem solved! Tower of Pizza at 2104 Veterans Memorial Blvd. is fabulous!
Nor-Joe Imports is a popular cheese shop and deli located at 505 Frisco Ave. in Metairie. If you appreciate specialty cheeses and deli items, you have got to geaux! They offer a wide cheese selection, gourmet deli meats, specialty products, and Grab and Go (or sit on the patio) lunches. They also offer catering services.
Chef Don Rafaelle serves up original New York Style pie, a Neapolitan-American pizza — and has caught on with locals and the tourists alike who flood Nola Mia’s.
